Client:
Damietta Furniture City
Industry:
Furniture Manufacturing
Led a multidisciplinary creative team in developing a comprehensive branding and communication ecosystem for Damietta Furniture City. The project included market research, brand development, print collateral, website design, and digital marketing assets aimed at strengthening market positioning and increasing stakeholder engagement.
The Challenge
The challenge was to create a professional identity and communication framework capable of presenting the city as a modern, competitive destination for both local and international markets.
Research and Discovery
The project began with an in-depth research and discovery phase aimed at understanding the current position of Damietta Furniture City within both the local and international furniture markets. We conducted a comprehensive market analysis, examining industry trends, competitor positioning, and existing communication practices to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Through this process, several important insights emerged: despite its strong manufacturing capabilities and strategic importance to the furniture industry, Damietta Furniture City lacked a distinct and recognizable brand presence; communication across different channels was fragmented and inconsistent; and there was a clear need for a unified identity and messaging strategy capable of effectively addressing both business partners and end consumers.

02 Website (UI/UX Design)
Note: The website’s user experience (UX) structure and user interface (UI) design were developed by our team in close alignment with the vision and requirements of the Damietta Furniture City board. The implementation, development, and final coding of the website were carried out by the Information Systems Administration of the Ministry of Defense (MIS Department), based on the approved designs and specifications.

More than the final designs and deliverables, this project reflects the dedication, creativity, and collaboration of an exceptional team. Working together across research, branding, print, and digital disciplines, we turned a shared vision into a unified experience that none of us could have achieved alone.
As the lead of this collaboration, I had the privilege of guiding the project from its early research and strategic planning stages through execution, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, creative teams, and project objectives. I am deeply grateful to the Board of Directors of Damietta Furniture City for their trust, support, and continuous collaboration throughout the journey. Their vision and commitment were instrumental in shaping the direction of the project and enabling our team to deliver work that we are proud to stand behind.
